2019 Award

February 2020

"The award this year (2019) has been split between three of our students, they are Seb Priest, Matt Baker and Lucas Evans who were all members of the band Park Lane. All three young men were very touched and honoured to win the music award.

As a band they were selected to record a song at the Yamaha Studios and also got to the finals of a competition to perform at the Godiva Festival. They also, played in a lot of school concerts and headlined our Festival in 2018."

'Twiggy's Bash', the 10th anniversary of the Andrew Travers Memorial Fund, The Blue Lias, Stockton, on the 09th September 2017 (from 7pm). A great line up of Jill Davis, Matt Neil, Andy Gambril and the Victim's of Sirens, Ellie Gowers, and Suburban Hours!! DJ Scott Grainger will be hosting, tickets £5 (under 16 free entry)

The Everest Challenge

Pen-Y-Fan Mountain is 886 meters above sea level and is the highest mountain in Southern UK.

Our aim, is that on 29th September 2012 we will climb the mountain 10 times in as close to 24 hours as possible. This would be the equivalent to climbing Mount Everest which stands at 8860 meters.

This is a fund raising event for the Andrew Travers Memorial Fund.

Dietary Changes Can Improve ADHD; A recent study by scientists at the University of Copenhagen has suggested that dietary changes could help improve the condition of children and young people with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

ADHD On The Rise In America; (ADHD) has risen by 66 per cent in the last decade, according to a study by Northwestern University.

ADHD is Over-Diagnosed; Researchers at the Ruhr-Universitat Bochum (RUB) and University of Basel have published a study confirming that ADHD is over-diagnosed.
